American Land Ventures retained Doug Watt, Inc. as an owner representative to assist with a very complicated site acquisition that required moving city streets and redirecting underground utilities in order to create a developable hi-rise luxury apartment site in downtown Tampa, Florida.

 

Doug was instrumental during the preconstruction process, working with the city, design team, civil engineering firms and contractors. Doug lead our efforts regarding design and development of the Request for Proposals (RFP), competitive bid and value engineering the project, including contractor selection and contract negotiation.

 

Doug supplemented our in-house construction staff with completion and commissioning of River (an 18-story, 209-unit luxury apartment project in Fort Lauderdale). We also asked Doug to represent American Land in St. Petersburg, Florida in public meetings as well as with the construction management through topout of 330 3rd Street Apartment, an 18-story, 358 unit luxury apartment project in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Equity Enterprises retained Doug Watt, Inc. as an owner representative to take the lead on a very complicated site acquisition, design oversight and construction management of Uptown Atlantic, a mixed use project situated on three city blocks, in Delray Beach.
